Refund & Return Policy

We have a 30-day return policy, which means you have 30 days after receiving your item to request a return.


Eligibility for Returns

To be eligible for a return:

  • The item must be in the same condition that you received it — unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging.

  • You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase.

Damages and Issues

Please inspect your order upon arrival and contact us immediately if:

  • The item is defective,

  • Damaged, or

  • You received the wrong item.

We’ll evaluate the issue and make it right as quickly as possible.


Exceptions / Non-returnable Items

The following items cannot be returned:

  • Perishable goods (e.g., food, flowers, or plants)

  • Custom or personalized items

  • Personal care goods (e.g., beauty or hygiene products)

  • Hazardous materials, flammable liquids, or gases

We also do not accept returns on sale items or gift cards.

Exchanges

The fastest way to receive your desired product is to:

  1. Return the item you have, and

  2. Once the return is accepted, make a new purchase for the replacement item.


European Union 14-Day Cooling-Off Period

If your order was shipped into the European Union, you have the right to cancel or return your order within 14 days — for any reason and without justification.
The item must be in the same unused condition, with tags, original packaging, and proof of purchase.


Refunds

Once we’ve received and inspected your return, we will notify you whether your refund is approved.
If approved:

  • You’ll be automatically refunded to your original payment method within 10 business days.

  • Please note, your bank or credit card company may take additional time to process and post the refund.
