INTERNATIONAL SHIPPING

We do not have control over customs and are therefore not able to be responsible for any delays that may occur.
Tracking information will be provided to you as soon as it becomes available.

APPROXIMATE SHIPPING TIMES

(does not include weekends or public holidays)

a) USA — 3 to 8 business days (tracking system available)
b) Rest of the world — 3 to 12 business days (tracking system availability varies)

Delayed delivery — In very rare cases, packages may take longer than the stated timeframe.
Unfortunately, we cannot control shipping times or unexpected delays during transit,
and we seek your understanding and patience should this occur.

If there are no tracking updates for more than 30–60 business days,
we will ship a replacement package at no additional cost.

This may especially occur during busy holiday seasons (November–December), promotions, or other peak periods.

PROCESSING TIME VS SHIPPING TIME

Please note that processing time (3–5 business days) is different from shipping time and should be added to your total delivery estimate.

Orders generally take 4–6 business days to be fully processed (checked, packed, and forwarded to logistics).
Once your order has been processed, our dispatch partner will pick up your package.
An email with your tracking information will then be sent to you.

Processing time may take longer during holidays, large promotions, or other special events.
We always strive to deliver as fast as possible and appreciate your patience.

CANCELLING AN ORDER

Once an order is placed, we will not be able to cancel it if it has already been processed.

If an order is cancelled within 30 minutes before processing,
a $20 transaction fee will apply per order.

If you reach out and we confirm your order is already processed,
the cancellation cannot be made.

Please contact us as soon as possible if you’d like to cancel an order you’ve just made.
